
85 g cooked wholegrain rice
2 tbsp kidney beans
2 tbsp sweetcorn
2 tbsp roasted chickpeas
1 tbsp hummus
12 fresh chillies (optional

Wash the tomatoes and lettuce in cold water and pat dry

Cut the tomatoes into halves and toss in a bowl with the greens
